Mastering Compliances in Imprest, Procurement & Travel Managment - Updates and Best Practice

This masterclass, organized by the OSSSD, Finance and HRM Directorates, provides staff with a focused refresher on managing Imprest advances and understanding recent changes to the travel policy. The session will cover key procedures, accountability measures, and compliance requirements to ensure staff are up to date and aligned with organizational standards.

Duration: 3 hours on each day

Kindly note that the sessions will now take place on:

  • 06 August 2025 (14:00 – 16:30 EAT) – Refresher on Imprest Advances

  • 07 August 2025 (14:00 – 16:30 EAT) – Refresher on Procurement and Travel Policy

This refresher is considered one complete training, delivered in two half-day sessions to allow you to benefit without spending the entire day in training.

Certification & Compliance Requirement:

A short quiz will be administered at the end of the training before issuing certificates.
Please note that this certificate will serve as a basis for approving future imprest collections.
